- [ ] Add your personal step-by-step protocol in the Procedure section.
- [ ] Add the messages you want to tell yourself in the moment of the episode in the Notes to Self section.
- [ ] Add any new learning you have (from the internet, reflection, your therapist, etc.) regarding your protocol and condition in the Notes section.
