Setup
Step 1: Add the habit

- [ ] Click the “New Bad Habit” button.
- [ ] Personalize the bad habit: add the title, icon, and cover photo.
- [ ] Edit the properties: set the Difficulty Level (how hard is it to stop a relapse), and Why do you want to quit?.

Step 2: Add the cue

- [ ] Click the “New Cue” button.
- [ ] Personalize the cue: add the title, icon, and cover photo.
- [ ] Edit the properties: set the Difficulty Level (how often does this cue control your behavior), and When and where do you encounter this cue?.

Step 3: Create the Daily Habit template

Step 4: Add the last relapse

- [ ] Hover over to the upper right corner of the “Add your last relapse here” view below.
- [ ] Unlock the view.
- [ ] Click the blue downward arrowhead button.
- [ ] Click the new Daily Habit you made in Step 3: Create the Daily Habit template to make today’s entry of that habit.
- [ ] Set the Choice property as “🠜 Bad Relapse”.
- [ ] Select your last relapse date in the Manual Date property.
- The date in the Manual Date property will change the Sobriety Reset property, which will affect how this template runs statistics.
- If you don’t choose a date for the Manual Date property, this will automatically set to the date and time you made the new entry.
